Terms of Service
ElTigreLabs ("we", "us", "our") is a technology services provider operated by Roberto Martinez, located in San Antonio, Texas.
1. Services
We provide AI automation, chatbot development, lead generation, content automation, web design, and related digital services as described on our website. Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. One-time project fees are billed per the agreed scope. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed via secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal).
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription services. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no further charges, but no refunds for partial months.
4. Service Level
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. AI services depend on third-party providers and internet connectivity.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom code, configurations, and automations built for your business remain your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and AI systems remain our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElTigreLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all your data and custom assets within 14 business days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
